This site is built deliberately lean: no cookies, no analytics, no social plugins, no third-party fonts or CDNs. Only the data that is technically unavoidable for running the website is processed.

Server log files
When you open the website, your browser sends technically necessary data to the hosting provider's server. The provider (Hostinger, EU) records in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the file requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The logs are used only to investigate faults and attacks and are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement with the hosting provider is in place.
No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics, advertising or social media services. There is no reach measurement and no profiling. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties.
Links to Gamefound, Discord and Twitch
The buttons and links on this site lead to external services. Campaign parameters (utm_*) are appended to the Gamefound links so that Gamefound can tell a visit came from this website. Data is only transferred to a service once you click its link. From that point on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies (Gamefound Sp. z o.o., Discord, Twitch / Amazon).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, contact the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
